Common questions
- Yes. There is no account, no sign-up, no trial and no paid tier. The tracker runs entirely in your browser, which is also why it costs nothing to run.
- In your browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing you log is sent to us or to anyone else, so there is no server copy to leak or subpoena. The trade-off is that clearing your browser data deletes the log and it does not sync between devices — use the JSON export to back it up or move it.
- Reconstitutions (vial amount, bacteriostatic water, syringe type, mix date and your own use-by window) and individual doses (compound, amount in mcg, date, time, injection site or route, and free-text notes). Doses linked to a vial automatically reduce its remaining amount and show the exact units to draw.
- Because the interesting signal is rarely the compound in isolation. Logging sleep, mood, energy and side effects next to each dose is what lets you see later whether a change tracked with the protocol, with a sleep improvement, or with nothing at all. Self-tracking is not a trial, but it beats memory.
- Yes. Build a schedule — every day, every N days, or specific weekdays — with one or more times of day, for either a dose or a reconstitution. Reminders show in a 'Due now' list whenever you open the tracker, and if you allow browser notifications you also get an alert while the site is open in a tab. Schedules stay on your device, so there is no push server involved.
- Yes — a JSON backup that imports back into the tracker, and a CSV of your doses for a spreadsheet or to show a clinician. Both download directly from your browser.
Tracking is the easy half
A log tells you what you did. It cannot tell you whether the evidence supports doing it, or whether sleep and nutrition are the actual bottleneck — which, more often than not, they are.
